New Server Jail

 I have now built a server jail in Minastirid with the help of Evo who gave me the plot and some materials im just waiting for Al3xi to make it a working jail :)

Annoying and pointless D771 has being Jailing people for doing things are allowed and hes jailing
people on first offences for over 100 minutes
