The Rules

    *These rules must be followed at all times, no exceptions.

    1. Offensive/Inappropriate Language, Swearing, Censor Evading and Flaming
    It is broken down into four parts.

        1a. Offensive/Inappropriate Language: Any use of offensive or inappropriate language is inexcusable and not tolerated. You are old enough to settle things accordingly and handle things with care. You are not allowed to use any sort of offensive language towards another person, anywhere.
        1b. Swearing: Swearing is allowed to a certain extent. You are allowed to swear as long as it is not directed at anyone but yourself.
        1c. Censor Evasion: Evading the censor will not be tolerated for any reason. You are not allowed to censor evade to swear even. Example: "F**k you, or S**t".
        1d. Flaming: The use of slanderous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments towards other users are not tolerated.

    2. Spamming
    All unnecessary and irrelevant posts and topics is considered spamming, plain and simple. The rule is broken down into four parts.

     
        2a. Gravedigging: When someone brings a "dead thread back to life" by posting on a very old thread. If this thread is months old, and a common thread (simple suggestions, feedback, rants, etc.) and someone decides to post on it, then it is gravedigging.
        2b. Bumping: Considered spamming in every section except "private" sections like Bug Reporting. It is simple, if your thread is good and should stay then other people will post relevant information and feedback on it.

    3. Scamming
    Any sort of scamming is against the rules. People who scam will have all of their accounts banned. Do not trust anybody in a "Trust Trade" as YOU are giving consent when doing these activities.

    4. Inappropriate Content
    Posting any sort of pictures or videos of violent, pornographic, or offensive content is not permitted.

    5. Links to Other Sites and Referral Links
    Only commonly accepted links are permitted on these forums, at all.

        5a. Community Links: Links to other communities include Minecraft etc. as long as the links are within the bounds of Rule 6.
        5b. Media Links: All media links are generally accepted as long as they are within the bounds of Rule 4.
        5c. Referral: All referral links, are not allowed. Not a single referral link, for any site.

    6. Advertising
    You are not allowed to advertise any other Minecraft server, at all. If its a community link to Minecraft which has another advertisement on it which leads to another Minecraft server. Any sort of unauthorized advertising will get you permanently banned.

    7. Minecraft Content
    YouTube videos, Minecraft pictures, and Minecraft discussion is allowed. Anything else related to Minecraft (clans, foreign links, not-direct links to Minecraft videos, referrals, voting, etc.)

    8. Disrespecting Members of Staff and/or Their Decisions
    ALL staff decisions are final. If you have a problem with a decision then deal with it in private with the staff member. All staff members watch over each other. If a higher authority realizes that an unjust decision was made, then compromise will follow.

    9. Staff Impersonation
    Claiming to be a member of staff when you're really not is completely against the rules. This rule has no warning, and is a permanent ban when not followed.

    10. Account Sharing
    You are not allowed to share your account(s) at all. Anybody found sharing account(s) will be suspended and the account will be permanently "banned".

    11. Bug Abuse
    Abusing any sort of bug is against the rules. Found a bug? Report it. The section is private, and therefore, nobody else except for staff members will be able to see your threads/posts. Don't tell anybody of the bug, then you become an even worse of a person by sharing a bug.

    Some people don't seem to understand bug abuse, itself. ANYTHING done for personal gain that isn't within game mechanics is abusing the system.

    Even if you decide to partake in abusing a bug by yourself or with others, you are risking your account and will most likely be banned. There is absolutely no reason to abuse the system.

    Anything not within game mechanics will be considered abuse.
    The punishment system for Bug Abuse goes from minor to major which is a half-way to a permanent ban to a permanent ban.

    13. Foreign Language
    The only permitted language to be used in-game or on the Amazocraft forum is English. The only exception is the International board. Amazocraft is run by English speaking people and we ask you have the courtesy to speak our language. Users have tried to use other languages as a method of ignoring the rules.

    14. Personal Information
    Posting anyone?s personal information without their permission is completely against the rules. Personal information is personal. This includes addresses, phone numbers, pictures, videos, etc.

    15. Macroing
    Macroing is the use of third party software that gives you an advantage. You are not allowed to use any sort of autoing tools to gain an advantage.

    16. Trolls
    "A "troll" is someone who intentionally and persistently posts inflammatory messages about sensitive topics to bait users into responding or provoke a confrontation. We also consider people to be trolls when they persistently misuse product features such as the ratings system to negatively target others."
    The staff?s time is too valuable to be spent on trolls. If you?ve come here to troll and waste our time, then you will be disposed of. The staff has more important things to deal with and cannot be bothered to waste their time with you. This server and forum is to entertain and educate, not be a playground to kids.

    17. Sectional Rules
    Majority of the boards will have additional rules to them which must be followed. These rules are to be followed in every board but the sectional rules go into more specific detail on which rules are to be followed and which ones can be bent.

    18. Threatening Other Players
    Anything from making real life threats to Denial Of Service attacks are completely against the rules. We don't like bullies and DOS attacks are against the law. Don't expect mercy, we have zero tolerance for these kind of things.

        18a. Denial Of Service Attacks (DOS/DDOS)
        Threatening to or attacking another player or even the website will be taken very seriously and is strictly against the rules, not to mention the law.

    19. Threads Directed Towards or About Other Users
    Posting threads directed at or about other users is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not restricted to threads to discuss a certain user/their behavior, threads targeting/insulting/slandering other users and any kind of derogatory threads. Please use Private Messages if you wish to give somebody a message.

    20. Ranting
    All negative threads and threads consisting of but not restricted to ranting/complaining are bound to the Feedback section. All ranting related threads must be posted in the appropriate feedback forum.


    Disclaimer:
    The administrators and moderators are responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the site. The staff reserves the right to take whatever action is deemed appropriate in any given situation, regardless of whether there is a specific rule covering that situation or not. If there is a misunderstanding or dispute, then please bring the issue up politely with that staff member in private. In all matters, the decision of the administration is final.
