Banned?

Hey I think I was banned. Whenever I try to log in it tells me to read the rules. I have no idea why this is happening. Will someone please tell me if I was banned and if yes then why?

You were banned by Evo for having 5 shop plots and you can only have one...... so read the rules

Oh I am very sorry you can take them all away, dont even give the money back. Please let me back, i loved the server. also im not trying to start a conflict or anything but I did read the rules and it didnt say anything about not buying more than one plot. Pleaaaaaase let me back.
