Being of new to the server, but moderator upon my own, I like to read up and know my rules.
After being attacked inside the spawn area, I was killed by JellyBrick. Another of my faciton members fell (In a test scenario[Thank you 30x] to clarify) to the exact action that happened to myself to test if there was actually foul play. The result was that you can be hurt/marked/tagged and killed inside of spawn; being said, I was prey to such actions.
Now, if the rules are correctly inforced as I have seen previously: PVP actions in spawn are prohibited and are bannable. The actions of JellyBrick have violated the server rules.
If screen shots are required, and a time frame as well, I have both at your disposal. Though I expect nothing to happen, I have been informed that this would be the best place to request help.
