Appeal / banned for griefing ? ? ?

today i tried to logged in and i was banned for griefing. i know the rules and it says u arent aloud to grief un faction related areas. what i griefed was jeffs faction and the elfs faction. it was claimed by them so doesnt that meen faction related.
